Q: How long will the human hair last?
A: The hair will last as long as you take care of it.

Q: What exactly is the color of this human hair?
A: The color is naturally black, consider as natural color, close to 1B, easy to mixed your own hair. If the hair color doesn't match your hair perfect, you can dye the hair, human hair will take color well.

Q: Is the human hair reusable?
A: Yes, the human hair is reusable, you can wash it, care for it. Most human hair can last at least a few months. The service life of human hair depends more on your care.

Q: How to prevent human hair from tangling?
A: The hair tangled mostly tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, saltwater, chlorine, and not combing( wide tooth comb or your fingers). Please wash the hair at least once a week, using shampoo, give the hair deep conditioning and letting the hair air dry after, also wear a hair hat when you are sleeping. Make sure when you comb the hair you start from the ends and then work your way up to the root. You can also try using natural products(such as hair conditioner, olive oil), it really does work and keeps the hair in shape. Also, you can consult your stylist for more help.

Q: Can I get in the pool with hair?
A: Yes, you can get in the pool with human hair, but after that, please wash the hair and give the hair deep conditioning.

Q: Shall I have to wash the hair before it's installed?
A: You don’t have to but you can, you can wash the hair before installing, or install it directly. But when you wear the hair, please giving the hair conditioning.

Q: Can this human hair be blow dryer?
A: Yes, the hair can be blow-dried.but for longer hair last life, please don't use a blow dryer often, this will damage the hair.

Q: Can this hair be curled, Iron inflated? straightened ? and hold the curls well?
A: Treat the hair as if it were your own. Yes, you can curl, straight the hair by yourself, here some steps:
1.Please keep correct temperature( 160~180 Celsius degree or 320 ~360 Fahrenheit degree) for hair curling. We will suggest u raise the temperature little by little to test it out.
2.Time control is very important, we will suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair for around 8~10 seconds with proper temperature.
3.Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for the whole day. Enjoy your hair.but just like our own hair, if we heat a lot, our hair will become dry, bifurcate, broke, or losing the luster of the hair

Q: How to wash the hair:
A:  1. The hair should be washed at least 1 time every week.
      2. Wash the hair in the lukewarm water with shampoo. Then clean it in the lukewarm water.
      3. Put some hair conditioner all over the hair, and leave for around 20 minutes, then rinse the hair, dry the water gently with a towel and leave it air dry.
      4. When you sleep, you'd better use a hair net or braid the hair to protect the hair.
      5. When you feel the hair is a little dry, you can use some olive oil on it or do some nutrition for the hair.
Regular and correct hair care will extend the hair life well.

Q: How to prevent hair from shedding?
A: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. Firstly, please running the hair with your fingers or wide-toothed gently, to prevent the shedding. For curly hair, please don't use the comb. For human hair bundles, the shedding is because of the cut weft, if you use the bundles to sew in, when you cut the weft, please use glue to excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the cut weft ends, this will help shedding.and other incorrect operation can also cause hair to shed. For example, Too much heat may damage the hair and cause the hair to shed. Correct care will reduce hair shedding, please treat human hair bundles just like our own hair, and consult your stylist for more help.

Q: How to measure the hair?
A: For straight hair, you can measure the hair length in a natural state. For curly and wavy hair, it should be stretched to straight when you measure the length.
The hair is measured by hand, So there may be small inaccuracy unavoidably (the 0.1-0.3inch difference is acceptable)

Q: How to comb the hair?
A: For straight hair, body wave hair, loose wave hair, you can use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair, when combing the hair, please comb the ends first, then work your way up to the root. For deep wave, loose deep wave, curly wavy,faumi wavy, afro curly wavy, please don't comb the hair, you can use your fingers to comb the hair. The combs will damage the curls.

Q: Is 3 bundles enough for a full sew in the head?
A: Tips: The weight of 1 bundle is about 95-100g（3.35-3.52oz). The length of the hair, thinner it is.
Normally, when the size is less than 20 inches,3 bundles is enough for a full head, and when the size is over 18 inches,4 bundles will be better.Kind suggestion: if you desire an extremely full look, you can get an extra bundle.

Q: Can I dye the hair?
A: Of course, you can dye the hair. Please use good quality hair dye and test a small sample first. because improper dying will ruin the hair.

Q: Why there are short hairs on the bundles weft?
A: When hairs cut from donors, it is a bundle of long hairs and no weft. A length of hair needs to be folded for sewing weft. That is why there are short hairs on one side. Please do not worry about this, it will not impact hair looking, and will not influence on hair using and quality. The shorter hairs you see in your human hair bundles is because these additional layers make the hair in the set look more natural because we also have shorter strands of hair throughout our head.

Q: Is every strand of hair the same length?
A: Our hair is 100% human hair, cutting from young donors. As our own hairs, a real human hair is not possible to grow the exact same length of every single strand. That is why human hair ends are always thinner than the top. Please fully understand and consider before placing an order.

Q: How do I maintain the straight human hair keep soft?
A: You can use conditioner twice a week, a Hydrating hair mask once a week, or use natural hair olive oil, the hair will keep soft and free tangle.

Q: How do I keep curly hair tangle and shedding free?
A: For curly hair, please use fingers to comb it, and use some hair conditioner twice a week.

Q: How do I bleach my hair?
A: You can use high-quality dye, You can use high-quality dyes, Please test a small of samples before applying to all hair. If you are not confident in your hair dyeing technique, please consult your hairstylist

Q: How do I Keep the shape of the wavy pattern so nice?
A: After washing use the towel to soak it up and make sure
the pattern is protective. Don't let the hair dry vertically.

Q: How to wash human hair wigs?
A: Use time: If you wear your wig every day, wash it once a week; otherwise, wash it once every eight to ten uses.

Q: How to wash wigs?
A: 1. Before washing, comb your hair to make sure the hair is no tangles. Turn the wig inner net outside.
2. Add shampoo to the water. Stir evenly, Put the wig into warm water. 3. Gently wash the hair, Do not rub with your hands.
4. Rinse the shampoo thoroughly and apply conditioner to the wig.
5. Stay for 10-15 minutes.
6. Rinse the conditioner thoroughly and absorb the moisture with a towel.
7. Turn the inner net to the inside
For straight hair, Please use a wide-tooth to comb.
For wavy wigs, hold the hat with your hand, shake it 5-6 times, and gently smooth it with your fingers.
